The Company uses specific tools in order to monitor the targets that have been set related to these fields, i.e. the Quality and Performance Indexes presented here below:
- Quality Indexes
- Human Resources Indexes
- Rolling Stock Indexes
- Safety Indexes
Collection and analysis of dat is performed on a regular basis, as well as the issuance of the relevant reports weekly and monthly. The value of each separate index is compared to the target value (weekly or monthly) set by the company and to the annual variable average value. The target value for each index was set in co-operation with other European Metro networks, using a similar network and operating over a longer period of time. The convergence of the value of each index on the target value (benchmarking) confirms conformity with high operation standards.
